Can I do any activity during an audio session?
It depends on each audio. While listening to audios that are designed for concentration you can be reading, writing or studying or any other activity that requieres to be focused. On the contrary, listening to an audio for meditation and relax while doing sports won’t produce any effects because the brainwaves produced by your brain during this activity will interfere. So, if you want to listen to a meditation audio you must be relaxed, in a place where you feel comfortable and without distractions.

Remember that you should never listen to an audio for relaxing or sleeping while operating with machinery or driving any motor vehicle.
How long does it take to perceive results?
It depends on the audio, the situation and the listener. For example, if we talk about concentration audios the effects are perceived in a few seconds. But in audios designed to help treating an illness or to change certain aspects of ourselves, the effects will be perceived progressively depending on how much you are listening to the audio, the concentration that you put on your audio sessions and the correct following of the instructions of each audio. It also depends on the capacity of your brain to produce the brain wave patterns contained in the audio therapy.
There’s no magic recipe regarding the time for reaching results, it depends on many variables. Based on observation and experience in all these years, we have noticed that people that are anxious to get results gets results slower than people that concentrate, relax and are patient in their audio sessions.
Can I listen to an audio through speakers?
Most of our audios are designed to be listened through headphones as they contain binaural frequencies. If they are not used with headphones the effects will be null. This information is specified for each audio in its product page. Audios that don’t contain binaural frequencies can be used through speakers with no problem.
For how long can I listen to an audio?
You can listen to any audio for as long as you want. Our audios are brainwave entrainment audios, specially designed to help the brain to produce specific brain waves by itself over time. As you listen to these audios your brain is being trained to produce the brain wave patterns that you want. You will need less and less the use of these audios until your brain produces the brain wave patterns by itself, without any external stimulation.
Can my brain get fatigued if I listen to an audio too much?
Just like a song or any other sound that you listen repeatedly, your brain may get fatigued.
If that happens with any of our audios we recommend to rest. Stop using it for a while until your brain stops being fatigued. That usually takes only a few days. In the meantime you can listen to another audio for the same pathology you want to treat or the same capacity that you want to develop.
Can I listen to more than one audio every day?
Yes, you can. You can listen to any audio that you need always following the instructions of each audio.
For example, you need to study or to do some work early in the morning, so you decide to listen to an audio to achieve greater concentration and boost your memory while doing these activities. Later, after a long day of studying or working you want to relax. You have to lay down, breath deeply and calmed and listen to a relax audio therapy. Obviously, you can’t listen to a relax audio therapy while running, or listen to a concentration audio while doing any activity that may distract you. It will not cause the desired effects. It’s very important to remember that our audios will help you to achieve your goals (concentration, memory, relax, happiness, and so on) but they don’t force your brain to do it like medications do. It is you that have the control, your brain is the one who leads and the audios will help you to amplify the brain waves and stimulate your brain to achieve the goals and the effects that you want.
